Pictures Ideas For Wedding Invitations

Cowboy couple posing with their horses.

Your wedding invitations will be used to invite all of your friends and family to your wedding. Deciding on what kind of invitation depends on your wedding theme. However, no matter what style of wedding invitation you choose, you can incorporate pictures into the invitations with the ideas below.

Get the Picture

Man proposing to woman.

Have a friend take a few great pictures of you and your fiance. Make sure you are dressed neatly and look natural. If you are casual people, go to the park. If you like to ride motorcycles, pose next to the bike. If you love baseball, wear your baseball caps; your friends and family want to see you being you, naturally.

Custom Invitations

Upload the pictures of you and your fiance to your computer. Crop out any background people so that it's just you two. Together, choose your favorite picture. Go to a photo sharing website, and you will be able to upload your picture onto an invitation designed yourself.

Marriage Magnets

Make homemade photo magnets to send with invitations. Take pictures with your own camera. Choose your favorite picture of you and your fiance, and print the picture to be 3 x 5 size. Use just a touch of glue to glue the picture to the tiny magnet. Tiny magnets can be found at craft stores, or you can recycle some of your old magnets. Just cut up the magnets to be a half inch in size, and glue with the logo side to the back of your picture.

Stamp of Approval

Order postage stamps with your photo on them. Imagine how surprised your wedding guests will be when they see your picture on the envelope as the stamp. You can take pictures of you and your fiance and upload them to PhotoStamps.com.
