Pear vodka has a delicate, fruity taste that goes well with pineapple or orange juice. All of the following drinks should be shaken with ice and served on the rocks, except for the Green Pear Martini. Add this to my Recipe Box.
Green Pear Martini
Peel the skin from one large kiwi slice. Cut it and a large cucumber slice into quarters. Muddle them with 1/8 oz. of simple syrup in a shaker. Add ice, 1 1/2 oz. pear vodka and 1/2 oz. sour apple liqueur. Shake and strain the drink into a martini glass.
The Lucky Pears Faux-jito
Blend together 2 oz. of white grape juice, 1/2 oz. of lime juice, 1 3/4 oz. of pear vodka, 1/4 of an oz. of Midori and 1 tsp. brown sugar.
Soda
A pear vodka and soda is a light drink perfect for spring and summer. Simply add 1 oz. of pear vodka to a glass of seltzer.
American Dream
Shake 2 oz. pear vodka, 1/2 Cointreau, 1/2 oz. cherry liqueur and 1 oz. lime juice. Top it off with a sprig of mint and a dash of grenadine.
French Pear Martini
Combine 1 1/2 oz. of pear-flavored vodka with 2 oz. of St-Germain Elderflower Liqueur and 1/4 oz of lemon juice. An apple slice is the garnish.
Partridge in a Pear Tree
Mix 1 1/4 oz. of pear vodka with 1/2 oz of peach-flavored schnapps, then fill the rest of the glass with equal parts of grapefruit juice and lemon-lime soda.
