What Prizes Do You Win On The Wheel Of Monotony On Neopets

Tyrannia is inhabited by dinosaur-like Neopets.

Neopets is an online gaming website run by Nikelodeon. By playing games, Neopets players win virtual currency, or Neopoints, as well as other virtual prizes. The "Wheel of Monotony" is one of several "spin-the-wheel" games on Neopets. Players click the wheel to spin it and receive a random prize once it stops turning. True to its name, the Wheel of Monotony can turn for up to two hours before stopping.

Tyrannian Themed Item

The Wheel of Monotony is located in the Neopian land of "Tyrannia." Accordingly, many of the prizes have a Tyrannian theme. Players can win Tyrannian "Petpets," food, furniture and weapons. The most valuable Tyrannian prize players can win is a Tyrannian paint brush. Neopets "painted" with a Tyrannian paint brush take on a pre-historic appearance.

Ability Prizes

Several prizes are based around helping players increase their Neopets abilities. Players can win regular and red codestones, both of which they can use to train Neopets. Players also can have a single ability randomly increased by one level. Higher ability levels mean Neopets will compete better in the Neopets Battledome.

Neopoints and Miscellaneous

Players can win 5,000 or 20,000 Neopoints by spinning the Wheel of Monotony. They can also gain the chance to win more Neopoints by getting a ticket to the Neopian Lottery. They also can win miscellaneous prizes, including a visit to the "Lair of the Beast" or trip to the Tyrannian volcano.

Harmful Prizes

Spinning the Wheel of Monotony has its risks as well as its rewards. Players who spin the wheel can find their Neopet's health cut in half. To raise their Neopet's Health again, players have to visit the "Healing Springs" or use healing potions. Neopet's with zero health cannot fight in the Battledome.
