Things to Do at a Bachelorette Party
Bachelorette parties can be either tame or wild and crazy, so gauge the extent of the activities based on who will be attending and the bride's personality. Games can be as G-rated or as crude as you want them to be. You can also plan a night out. If you do this, make sure that the bride pays for nothing the whole night.
Scavenger Hunt
A scavenger hunt is a fun thing to do at a bachelorette party if you want to go out. Plan to go to several different places. You cannot leave a place until the bride has crossed something off of her scavenger hunt list. Some things you can put on the list are a roll of toilet paper from the men's bathroom, a particular drink and a bald man. You can continue to play with simple things like this or you can get more crude. If you are doing a scavenger hunt, you do not need to have anything else planned because this will take the entire night.
Toilet Paper Dress
If you are staying at home for a bridal shower, have a wedding dress competition. Split the group up into smaller groups and give them many rolls of toilet paper. Tell each group they have 15 minutes to make a wedding dress out of the toilet paper. After the 15 minutes, the bride will choose a winner. Make sure to recycle the paper when you are done with it.
Word Game
When everyone enters, give them one to five strands of Mardi Gras beads. Every time someone says a certain word, like "bride" or "wedding" and she is caught, then she has to give up all her beads to the person who catches her saying it. This game is played throughout the night and can be played if you go out as well.
Pin Up
Play a version of pin the tail on the donkey. You can make small veils and have everyone pin the veil on a large poster of the bride. Again, there are more crude versions of this game, but pinning the veil on the bride is just as fun and safe for all ages.
