Sand Pail of Goodies
Purchase plastic kids' sand pails and fill them up with goodies. Put sunblock, water toys, sunglasses or other summer fun items in it. Wrap clear cellophane around the pail and tie a ribbon around the top to close it so it looks like a gift.

Sunglasses
Hand out sunglasses as a favor. These don't have to be expensive. They can just be cheap plastic sunglasses that you can toss around and don't mind getting scratched. Children's sunglasses can be fun with decorative elements on the frames while adult glasses should be a neutral solid color such as black or brown. Flip flops always come in handy as they typically wear out quickly and are worn in a lot of settings where they can become dirty and destroyed. Pool Noodles
Large foam pool noodles can provide hours of entertainment for children. They like to use them as swords and battle one another, bend them into a variety of shapes and use them for things only a child could possible imagine.
