Hawaiian Airlines offers round-trip flights from several West Coast states. If you live in the central or eastern United States, you will need to find a flight to take you to one of the locations that Hawaiian flies from. Hawaiian Airlines flies out of Nevada, California, Washington, Arizona and Oregon. The airline flies to the Kahului Maui Airport and the Kapalua West Maui Airport. The airline serves complimentary meals and offers gourmet meal upgrades for those who are looking for a more gourmet meal choice. Snacks, champagne, wine and beer are also available for purchase in-flight.
Delta
Delta Airlines travels to all three of the Maui Airports, which are the Kahului -- Maui Airport, Kapalua West Maui Airport and the Maui Hana Airport. Delta offers its Economy Class guests with in-flight Internet access, popular movie selections, live television, snacks and meal selections. Flights to Hawaii are offered selections off of the premium EATS menu, which includes items such as a fruit and cheese plate, smoked turkey wrap, candy and various beers and wines. First Class passengers are offered meals from Delta Chef Michelle Bernstein.
