Restaurants At Kea Lani Maui In Hawaii

Enjoy the scenery and the cuisine in Maui

Known for preparing dishes with the freshest ingredients to promote your best possible health and nutrition, the Fairmont Kea Lani features a variety of onsite dining, ranging from outdoor, casual fare to elegant, romantic choices. While the resort mainly caters to couples, it also offers a Keiki Dining Program, offering kid-friendly options in three restaurants. Children 5 and under eat free when they are with a parent.

Kea Lani Restaurant

The Kea Lani Restaurant features an expansive breakfast buffet in an open-air dining room. The buffet includes options the entire family will enjoy such as seasonal fruit like papayas and mango and freshly baked banana bread, pancakes, and smoky bacon. In addition, the chef will cook you a made-to-order omelet with any of the fixings. The restaurant is open from 6:30 to 11 a.m.

Caffe Ciao Deli

The Caffe Ciao Deli specializes in homemade breads, muffins, and pastries, with a variety of specialty coffee drinks. The cafe also sells fresh fruit jams and jellies and other desserts. At lunch time, guests may order deli sandwiches or salads or order a custom picnic basket with gourmet cheeses, fresh bread, and fine wine.

Ko

Ko means "sugarcane" in Hawaiian and features cuisine of Hawaii's sugarcane era, while encompassing the rich cultures of Hawaii, China, Japan, and Korea, among others. The restaurant serves dishes that respects the cultures of the sugar cane workers but are also hearty dishes, such as Ahi Tuna, spiced with an orange ginger miso sauce or Coconut-Curry Lamb Chops, marinated with a minty mango salsa. The restaurant is open for lunch and dinner, though hours vary by season. The Ko Bar offers nightly drink specials from 4-6 p.m. each day with drinks like mai tai's or pina coladas.

Nick's Fishmarket

One of Maui's premier seafood restaurants, Nick's Fishmarket exhibits a romantic ambiance with Mediterranean architecture, shell-themed lighting fixtures, and chairs draped with ocean-themed chair covers. Guests may gaze at the amazing 800-gallon aquarium and the enclosed wine display, showcasing over 5,000 bottles of fine wine as they savor their meal. Nick's offers wine from Italy, France, and California and serves only the freshest fish, like the Candied Peanut Crusted Hawaiian Opah or the Grilled Salmon, prepared in a Tarragon-Citrus Vinaigrette.

Dining by the Stars

Through the Hoku Lani Dinner experience, couples share a candlelit dinner under the stars at the resort's oceanfront Pacific Terrace. Couples will have their own private servers for the night who bring them a four-course meal, with choices like coconut shrimp with a sweet pineapple chile sauce, Macadamia Nut Crusted Mahi-Mahi and Lobster Tail with Ginger Butter, and White Chocolate Bread Pudding, topped with a macadamia nut-vanilla sauce. This dinner costs $650 a couple and couples usually reserve it for more intimate occasions like honeymoons or anniversaries.
