Meaning of Hawaiian Names
Many Hawaiian words sound lyrical and beautiful to the ear. Many Hawaiian names have something to do with the splendor of nature. In Hawaii, the naming of the baby is an important event. Children's Names
Increasing numbers of parents are giving their children Hawaiian names, although they are not familiar with the language. If you choose to do this, use a name that is easy to pronounce by an English speaker. Otherwise, the child will spend his whole life telling people pronounce his name. There are many beautiful Hawaiian names that sound close to English and are easy to pronounce and remember.
