Girls from young to teens may want matching costumes for trick or treating to parties
The perfect Halloween costume is an elusive quest for most when the fall season comes along. It is even more difficult to find movie character costumes for three girls. These might be sisters of different ages, triplets or just good friends who want their costumes to go together. There are many generic ideas, but ones that are specific to movies require some creativity and imagination.
Charlie's Angels
Although it is not necessary to have the girls coincide with the hairstyles of these vixens in blonde and two brunettes, the costumes can still represent who they are. The familiar stance of them posing in fighting actions will also be a giveaway. This costume set is more suitable to older girls such as teens as the costumes worn by the movie characters were somewhat driven toward a sexual nature such as tight or revealing clothing. Otherwise, they are innocuous enough for girls to portray them easily.
Disney Princesses
This option is extremely popular for the younger age groups of girls from toddlers up to ages 7 or 8. The girls can choose any of the three princesses and they are all well-known enough to be recognized immediately as such. For example, if they chose Cinderella, Snow White and Ariel, they could all wear their traditional costumes from the movies, and go everywhere together even though the characters are in the same films. The Disney theme will be enough to tie them together.
Superheroes
There are not as many female superheroes as there are males, however the ones that are known are very recognizable. Three girls could be Wonder Woman, Supergirl and Batgirl as examples. They could wear the full costumes and walk together as a superhero force. These costumes can be suitable for all ages as weapons can be added or left out as needed.
Alice in Wonderland
This classic story has many movie adaptations, including Tim Burton's interesting creation. Three girls of any age could portray Alice, the Queen of Hearts and a female version of the Mad Hatter. The girls will have the opportunity to express their own creativity if portraying the latter due to its character's eccentric nature. This is a combination that will not be expected for three girls, yet will work quite well and will be instantly recognizable.
