Iola, Wisconsin is located at the southern end of Iola Lake. Iola is neighbor to Scandinavia, and they are both small towns proud of their Norwegian/Scandinavian heritage. In 2000, the population was just under 2,000 citizens, and the village is a mere two square miles of land. Iola is known for its Annual Iola Old Car Show. Interested car buffs travel from afar to participate in the car show, and stay at local Iola motels.
